Think about a time when you had to travel somewhere or work through obstacles to reach a destination or goal. What challenges did you face along the way? Was the journey worth it in the end? Explain why or why not.

Prompt Response:

A few weeks ago, I attended DragonCon with my friends. After we stayed at the convention for a while, we decided that we'd go to Ponce City Market to go get lunch. Ponce City Market was too far of a walk, so that meant we had to take Marta. On the way to the train station our group somehow got spilt up and only half of us got to the station. From there I had to FaceTime the ones that didn't make it and lead them to the station. Once we fully entered the station and boarded the train, we faced many obstacles. This journey would be too long to explain in detail, so i’ll leave it here. But, ultimately I do think this trip was worth it because I gained some great memories with my friends.

Summary: Today in class, we worked on a worksheet based on "A Worn Path" and discussed our answers in groups.

Reflection: I found class interesting because it was cool to see how everyone can interpret words differently.
