Prompt: Today, your group had to work together to earn 100% on the “A Worn Path” assessment or write an essay. How did this challenge affect the way your group discussed the story and made decisions? What did you learn from the experience?

 Prompt Response:

Usually in group projects or settings most people don’t participate. But, in this moment I noticed that everyone made sure to add their input the conversation. Since nobody wanted to write an essay, we made sure to look over each question and answer carefully. Each of my group members made sure to explain their reasonings for their selections. I learned that talking with a group can help you understand a certain topic better. I also learned that this type of communication can make you more comfortable and confident in decision making.

Summary: Today in class, we took a test in groups for the goal of making a one hundred percent.

Reflection: I found class interesting today because I’ve never taken a group test before. I surprisingly liked the concept.
